摘要

本文介绍了玻璃窑炉的发展现状,以及存在问题,同时介绍了可编程控制器的工作原理,选型依据。设计了一种基于PLC的玻璃窑炉自动控制系统,详细介绍了所选用的西门子S7-200 PLC以及同类型的S7-300 S7-400PLC,根据设计要求对系统设计,并且编写系统运行的梯形图。

目前,80年代引进的玻璃窑炉自控生产线,技术相对落后,特别是用于生产玻璃的玻璃窑炉,对料道液位和温度控制精度要求很高。因此改造现有的国内窑炉控制系统有着巨大的现实意义。本文通过对玻璃窑实际技改项目的深入分析,在控制系统选择,参数整定,最优燃烧及良好的人机界面四个方面进行了探讨。可以以提高劳动生产率、节约能源、改善劳动条件、保护环境卫生和提高市场竞争力。该项目研究成功,将会带来明显的社会效益和经济效益,有着巨大的现实意义。

Abstract

This paper describes the development of the glass furnace, and there are problems at the same time introduced a programmable logic controller of the principle of selection basis. Based on the design of a glass furnace PLC automatic control system, described in detail by the selection of Siemens S7-200 PLC and the same type of S7-300 S7-400PLC, according to the design requirements of the system design and preparation of the system is running the ladder .

At present, the 1980s, the introduction of the glass furnace-controlled production lines, the relatively backward technology, in particular for the production of glass glass furnace, the expected level, temperature control and high accuracy. Therefore transformation of the existing domestic furnace control system has great practical significance. Based on the actual glass kiln in-depth analysis of the technological transformation projects, chosen in the control system, setting parameters, optimal combustion and good human-computer interface four areas were discussed. Can to improve labor productivity, energy conservation, improve labour conditions, the protection of sanitation and enhance market competitiveness. On the success of the project will bring significant social and economic benefits, has great practical significance.
