摘要

本论文详细介绍了国内药品包装机械的发展现状;发展中所面临的问题; 从产品质量、性能及应用方面看国产药品装盒机的差距 ;整个行业看国产药品装盒机所存在的问题以及它的发展趋势。同时也详尽的介绍了此次设计中最重要的组成部件PLC可编程控制器的概念 ;工作原理及设备总体结构介绍, 其中包括PLC发展历程;分类:根据PLC的结构形式可将PLC分为整体式和模块式两类、根据PLC所具有的功能不同可将PLC分为低档、中档和高档三类、根据PLC的I/O点数的多少可将PLC分为小型、中型和大型三类 ;PLC的构成:CPU的构成、I/O模块、电源模块PLC系统的其它设备、 PLC的通信联网;PLC 的应用现状;PLC 控制系统的发展前景;PLC的选型方法:输入输出(I/O)点数的估算、存储器容量的估算;机型的选择:PLC的类型、输入输出模块的选择、电源的选择、存储器的选择;选型依据。设计了一种基于PLC的全自动药品罐装机,对比S7-200,S7-300,S7-400详细的介绍了为什么本设计会选用S7-200 PLC,以及S7-200系列PLC的基本硬件组成包括基本单元、扩展单元、编程器、存储卡、写入器、文本显示器等。整个控制系统CPU采用西门子S7—200系列PLC控制器。由光电传感器检测药粒下落数目,并且通过数码管实时显示,当下落了设定数目之后停止电机M1的转动。同时启动M2,带动传送带。药瓶定位也用一套光电传感器,当瓶子遮挡住红外光线时,传感器输出低电平。即当PLC相应输入口再次检测到低电平时候,停止M2,同时启动药粒计数和M1,开始新瓶子的灌装。根据设计要求对PLC的输入输出I/O进行了分配,并且编写了系统运行的梯形图。 随后又介绍了光电传感器的工作原理,包括传感器选择与设计:光电开关的原理、光电开关应用设计、数码显示部分设计。电机控制系统及系统电源设计:直流电机M1控制系统、交流电机M2控制系统,其中还穿插介绍了单相交流电动机的旋转原理三相异步电动机的旋转原理、系统电源设计。最后设计了数字电路,实现了对药粒的自动灌装。
