摘要

热风炉是炼铁生产的重要设备之一,近年来,它以其风温高、投资少、易维护等优点在我国中型高炉中得到不断发展。热风炉风温控制水平也有了明显的提高,对高炉冶炼具有非常重要的影响及重大意义。

本文以所配套的4座热风炉建造工程为背景,结合热风炉控制的要求和高炉热风炉的工艺流程,提出并完成了该控制系统的总体方案。通过对现场控制点数的分析,过程控制站和远程控制站选用了西门子S7414-2DP及相关模块。针对热风炉燃烧过程的温度动态变化、不易实现实时控制的特征,重点研究了系统的控制方法。在分析模糊控制的原理及其分类的基础上,设计了模糊控制器,通过对变量的模糊化、建立模糊规则、建立模糊控制表以及反模糊化等一系列过程,完成了查表法最佳空燃比模糊控制器的设计,并与PID控制效果进行了试验对比。

根据热风炉工艺对计算机监控系统的要求,设计了计算机监控系统,以组态软件WinCC6.0为开发工具,设计了系统的监视与控制画面,并编制了相应的监控程序,使系统具备了对现场过程数据的动态监视功能、历史数据的归档功能、异常信号的报警功能、现场操作的指导功能和对生产过程的控制功能等。

通过对系统整个工艺流程及控制要求的分析,采用Step7编程软件,将复杂的自动化任务分解为独立的功能块,执行时由主循环模块调用,使其控制更加容易。结合高炉热风炉现场控制的实际要求,在设计该控制系统的通讯方案时,采用由工业以太网和Profibus-DP5ET200M远程控制站构成的二层网络系统。该系统使企业信息网络与控制网络得以统一,降低成本。

该系统投入运行以来,工作正常,图表清楚,控制平稳,为热风炉风温的提高和控制创造了良好的环境条件,有力地保证了高炉生产的进行。具有实际生产应用价值,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract

Production of iron-smelting hot stove is one of the key equipment in recent years, with its high air temperature, low investment and easy to maintain the advantages of medium-sized blast furnace in China are in constant development.
