前馈—串级控制系统的仿真研究

摘要

现代工业的发展、工艺的革新,必然要求更加严格的操作条件,对调节质量要求也要求更高。许多控制过程机理复杂,滞后大,控制对象具有变结构,时变等特点。对于一个被控量的单回路简单控制系统解决了大部的控制问题。对于滞后较大,时间常数较大,干扰多而剧烈的现象,控制质量较差,对各个过程变量内部存在相关过程,控制系统相互之间会出现干扰等等。因此,在简单的控制系统基础上,又发展了众多的复杂控制系统,需要采用更为复杂的调节系统以适应新的要求。串级调节、前馈调节都是是改善调节质量的有效方法,它得到了广泛应用。

本文利用Matlab语言在自动控制专业毕业设计教学中的应用,以串级和前馈控制系统在实际应用中的作用为例,用simulink对其进行仿真研究。通过对比在单回路、串级、三系统中仿真出的曲线,来了解串级、前馈抑制干扰对系统性能的影响的特点,同时熟练掌握Matlab语言的应用。

Abstract

Modern industry development, craft innovation, requests the stricter operating condition inevitably, to adjusts the quality requirement also to request high. Many controlled processes mechanism is complex, lags in a big way, the controlled member has changes the structure, when changes and so on the characteristic. It was accused the quantity single return route simple control system regarding to solve the big control problem. Is big regarding the lag, the time-constant is big, disturbs but the fierce phenomenon many, the control quality misses, to each process variable interior existence related process, the control system mutually between can appear disturbance and so on. To each process variable interior existence related process, the control system mutually between can appear disturbance and so on. The cascade adjustment, the forward feed adjustment all is improves the adjustment quality the effective method, it obtained the widespread application.

This article uses the Matlab language in the automatic control specialized graduation project teaching application, take the cascade and the feed-forward control system in practical application function as the example, conducts the simulation research with simulink to it. Through the contrast the curve which in the single return route, the cascade, in the forward feed cascade three systems the simulation leaves , to Understands the cascade, the forward feed suppression disturbance to the system performance influence characteristic, at the same time skilled grasps the Matlab language the application.
